We view the status of a client's health in a holistic way, meaning, we not only treat the 'pain´ but the whole body with an aim to establish the cause . One treatment is Physical Mobilisation Therapy which is a non-invasive and gentle method to treat joints, muscles, fascia, nerve and lymphatic systems. This is ideal for people in physical pain and who have problems with joint movement.
Other treatments are specifically conducted for energising and relaxing the mind and body, e.g. Holisitic full body massage, Indian Head Massage (neck, shoulders and scalp), and Reiki - an energy healing treatment for the mind and body.
And for more emotional and personal issues we offer short and long term counselling, combined with hypnosis and mindfulness techinques to help resolve issues around confidence, addictions, bereavement and relationships.
